With a shared vision of thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship Black Clay was formed by Founders Justin and Rachel.
Drawing on over 25 years of combined design and building experience, Justin and Rachel lead a small team on the Gold Coast building one tiny home at a time. For this reason each tiny home is built to the highest standards, using sustainable materials with minimal wastage.
Our tiny homes are designed to be spacious with lots of storage while ensuring the aesthetics are luxurious and functional.
We offer full off-grid options for those wanting to reduce their environmental impact.
Meet Justin
Justin is a Licensed Builder (Qld) with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has an exceptional eye for detail and is particular about ensuring the highest quality finish across all Black Clay builds.
